In order to process your order, we ask you to enter some personal details. If you enter your e-mail address, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail,

When you order online from us for the first time, it may take a little longer before we deliver the order to your home.

We strive for a store that is as user-friendly as possible for our customers. Regular customers can log in and update their data and consult their order history. In the menu order you will also find information about the return of products, our guarantee conditions and for example the shipping costs.

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders that are made on working days before 15 CET, we try to send the next day. However, it does not always work for us to keep this up, sometimes products are not in stock and delivery of your order can take a little longer. Guarantee

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that you can claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of having detected the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
